Dear Friends and Family,
Hello Everyone! 🙂 am going to write about last 15 days in July, 16-31. We did a lot of fun things, met new people, and served. Let me tell you some of my favorites! I don’t know about you, but I like exploring different baseball stadiums and comparing them to the rest of the ones we have been to. We went to the Milwaukee Brewers game and a Minnesota Twin game. I practiced pitching, but I probably would not make the professionals right now. The r.v park that we stayed in was one of my favorites. It had some cool water slides and a really fun water wars game. I, of course, got people wet, but sadly I got very wet as well. We also drove to Lake Michigan; it was very big and beautiful. I was able to handle my own kayak and I was actually pretty good, once I got the hang of it. I tried paddle boarding and I fell off, but then I was finally able to get back to shore. Everyone else was pretty good, and Hope rocked the paddle board.
When then we went to Minneapolis we went to the Mall of America. The Nickelodeon Universe was an amusement park inside of the mall. I went on this one ride so many times, it was vey fun. Hope and Chuck did some crazy rides. FaithJean and I had a lot of fun riding roller coasters together. Next, our family loves the show Little House on the Prairie so we traveled to Granite Creek Mn and drove down to Walnut Grove! It was cool to see the actual place where it was. We also got to see an outdoor show, but it started to rain and thunder and lightning so the show had to stop at the halfway point. Daddy’s birthday was the same day that we went to Walnut Grove and we travel a lot that same day, so we celebrated it later. He ended up having parts of 5 different birthdays! 🙂 We all also played a game of baseball and that was vey fun. Chuck, Daddy, and I won, but I know everyone tried their best. 🙂 Next we went to Mt. Rushmore. It seemed smaller this time to me, but everybody else thought it looked bigger. It was still amazing to see and beautiful .I still can not believe that they built it out of the mountain. I was not feeling too well the last couple of days there, but I persevered, prayed to God and feel great now. While we were at Mount Rushmore we went to Bear Country. We were able to see a lot of amazing animals, including cute baby bears. Fortunately, we were never attacked by any animals. Throughout this time we continued our water bottle and praying ministries. It becomes more natural each time. We get lots of smiles. That is the end of July and I hope you learned more and enjoyed reading this. Hope did the captions below!
See you next time,
🙂 Grace
