Dear Friends and Family,

I am going to write about the first two weeks in July from our summer trip! We did many things in the first two weeks in July, but here are a few of my personal highlights! The first place we went to was Kansas City. The first night we were there we had a tornado warning – right close by! We also went to the college basketball experience, and that was very fun. The next place we went to was St. Louis, which was very fun because my Uncle Bill was there. We went to a couple baseball games in the first two weeks, first the Royals and then my favorite was the St. Louis Cardinals game because my Uncle Bill was there with us. July fourth was also very fun. The next place I really liked was Cincinnati! I really like Cincinnati because they had the wonderful Creation Museum and the All Star Game Fanfest! They also had a really good pizza place too.  Out of those three things though, the Creation Museum was by far the best!  We stayed at a place that was at the crossroads of Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. By driving a mile or two we would go thru all three states. The next place we went to was Indianapolis, and that was cool! When we went into the city, there was a WNBA game going on. We were going to go, but we decided to go to a dine-in movie theater instead. We watched the Minions, and the experience was really fun! We are deciding who we want to vote for the All-Star Game – Go Angels. The cool thing is we were in the Kansas City Royals stadium using THEIR computers….they had been accused of “helping” the polls by having such kiosks for all of their fans at the time.
